Working Towards a Better Tomorrow

The youth organization Lampro Asteri was established as a 501(c) 3 in 2017. Lampro Asteri, also known as the Bay Area Stars, was founded by Corey Martin as a haven for young boys to learn life lessons, such as citizenship, economics, and healthy emotional management. Because of Lampro Asteri, Corey and his wife, Monetia, now have access to over 100 Baldwin county young males to sharpen skills that equip each of them the tools to succeed in various life scenarios. “Stars” are admitted to the organization as young as 9 years of age and are encouraged to remain in the organization in some capacity until graduation from high school.
